Our of care for the security and comfort of our Clients, we offer Building Automation Systems and  Building Management Systems. These are advanced technical solutions that allow to collect, archive and process the data related to the condition of specific installations in the building on a continuous basis. Their ultimate goal is to effectively control the electrical, ventilation, heating and cooling installations and adapting their operation so as to minimize the building or premises maintenance costs, while increasing their functionality. BMS may be used for central management of scattered locations - they are applied in retail networks, banks and offices. Furthermore, BAS/BMS allow integration of security systems, such as CCTV, anti-theft systems, access control, burglary and assault alarm signaling systems, fire-fighting installations. They improve their effectiveness, as they allow full services to be provided from one place and give immediate access to all the information. The persons responsible for managing the technical condition of a commercial building or retail network receive, on a continuous basis, notifications by email or text message on the technical condition of equipment, on anomalies (e.g. increase in energy consumption, excess power or failure), as well as alarm situations (e.g. attempted burglaries or thefts) and so may react immediately.

Other benefits of using BAS/BMS-type solutions include:

  • Easy maintenance of the systems functioning in the building and monitoring of their condition,
  • Effective use of worktime of the technical staff,
  • Efficient management and communication within a network of stores,
  • Improved security of both customers and staff,
  • Independence from potential human errors (e.g. lights or ventilation units left turned on).
